Each design begins with an inspiration, created to accompany meaningful moments such as civil weddings, corporate events, and social celebrations. Here, I’ll walk you through my process step by step, so you know exactly what to expect from our first contact to the moment you receive your final print-ready files.

IMPORTANT · UNAUTHORIZED USES

My designs may not be used for ceremonies, celebrations, or events of a religious nature, regardless of denomination or religion.

The use of my designs for Christmas-themed events, products, or projects is also not permitted.

All of my designs are intended exclusively for civil, social, and corporate events, as well as other commercial uses that have been previously authorized.

WAYS TO WORK WITH ME

Catalog Collections

These are finished designs organized into collections that share the same aesthetic, color palette, and visual identity.

You can select a collection and request that its designs be adapted to the dimensions and formats you need for your project.

Catalog designs include my signature, discreetly integrated at the bottom of the design.

Exclusive Design

If you are looking for something created specifically for your business, I can develop a design from scratch and tailor it to your colors, style, and preferences.

I can also use an existing collection as a starting point or source of inspiration to create something entirely new.

The terms of use and, where applicable, exclusivity of an exclusive design will be established in advance in the quote and the corresponding license agreement.

Brand Customization

I can incorporate your brand colors or adapt any catalog or exclusive design to your visual identity.

This service is available for an additional fee.

If you would like something similar to an existing collection but with specific changes, I will review each request individually. Depending on the scope of the modifications required, the project may be considered an adaptation of an existing design or treated as an exclusive design.

HOW WE GET STARTED

To prepare your quote and begin the project, I need to know:

• The type of project or event.

• Your preferred style and floral aesthetic.

• Your color palette.

• Visual references, inspirational images, or your logo.

• The dimensions you need.

• The number of designs required.

• Any other features or adaptations you consider important.

The more information you provide about what you are looking for, the better I can tailor the design to your project.

THE CREATIVE PROCESS

As I develop your project, I may send you sketches or preliminary designs for review.

Once a sketch is approved, I continue with the development of the design. If adjustments are needed, I incorporate them before moving forward.

The design is not considered final until you have approved the result. Necessary changes made during the agreed design process are included according to the terms established in the quote.

Once the final design has been approved and delivered, any additional modifications requested afterward will be subject to an additional fee.

SIZES AND FORMATS

You can request your designs in any dimensions you need, including custom dimensions with the width and height of your choice.

The same design can be adapted to multiple sizes.

• The price includes one size per design.

• Each additional size is subject to an additional fee, as it requires the elements to be carefully rearranged to preserve the proportions and overall aesthetic of the design.

• For example, if you need the same design in five different sizes, the price will be calculated as the base price for the first size plus the additional fee for each of the four additional sizes.

• Designs can also be adapted from portrait to landscape orientation, from square to rectangular formats, or to larger formats for printing.

THE FILES YOU RECEIVE

All of my products are exclusively digital.

Each design included in a collection is delivered in two formats: PDF and PNG, with a separate file for each design.

The PDF files are provided in CMYK, making them particularly suitable for professional printing. All files are prepared in high resolution and adapted to the requested dimensions.

Files are delivered via WeTransfer to provide fast and convenient access while preserving file quality.

Editable or source files are not included, such as Illustrator, Photoshop, or other working files.

Any additional dimensions, file formats, extra files, or adaptations not included in the original agreement will be subject to an additional fee, which will always be specified in advance in your quote.

I keep a backup copy of every project in case you need the files resent, place a new order, or request text integration services in the future.

ADDING YOUR TEXT

Once you receive the design, you can add the necessary text using the software you normally work with, such as Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, or other design software.

You can also send the file directly to your preferred printer to produce the corresponding physical product, always within the uses permitted by the license you have purchased.

If your business creates invitations, event stationery, or similar products, you may use my designs to create those products for your own clients.

This means you may add your client's names, dates, wording, and other information required for their event and produce the corresponding physical piece.

What you may not do is sell or provide the digital file of my design to your end client or transfer your license to them so they can use the design independently.

For example, if your client selects one of my invitation designs for a civil wedding, you may show them the collection, add their text, and send the file to a printer to produce their invitations. I can also add the text and prepare the final print-ready file for you.

Your end client may receive the finished physical invitation, but they do not receive the original digital file or acquire independent rights to use the design.

All uses must comply with the restrictions described on this page and with the terms of the license purchased. In particular, my designs may not be used for religious events or Christmas-themed projects.

If you prefer, I can also add and format the text for each event for you. This is an additional service that can be requested whenever needed, provided sufficient notice is given to allow time for the work to be completed.

Once you have purchased a collection, we can continue working together over time, adapting the text and preparing the designs for your different events and clients. Each request will be quoted in advance according to the work required.

LICENSE AND USE OF YOUR DESIGNS

Purchasing a design or collection does not mean purchasing or transferring ownership of the intellectual property rights in the design.

The intellectual property and copyright in my designs remain with me. What you purchase is a commercial license to use the design, subject to the rights and limitations established in the applicable license agreement.

Within the terms of the license purchased, you may:

• Use the design for the authorized products, services, or commercial projects.

• Use it for different events and different end clients when such use is permitted under your license.

• Add your own or your end client's text and information.

• Send the files to your printer or production provider to manufacture authorized physical products.

• Produce and deliver finished physical products to your end clients using the design, provided that such use is authorized under your license.

• Share photographs of the designs or finished products on social media, websites, advertising, catalogs, or portfolios, provided the appropriate credit is given to the designer as required by the applicable license.

What is not permitted

• Reselling the digital file as a standalone product.

• Providing the digital file to an end client so they can use it independently.

• Transferring or sublicensing the rights granted under your license to third parties, unless expressly permitted by the license.

• Modifying the original design independently without prior authorization.

• Using the design for religious events of any kind.

• Using the design for Christmas-themed projects or events.

• Using the design for any purpose that is not expressly authorized under the license purchased.

The license is granted to the business that purchases it. Its purpose is to allow you to use my designs within your professional activity and to produce authorized physical products for your own clients, without transferring the digital file or the rights to use the design to those end clients.

The specific rights and permitted uses associated with each purchase are detailed in the license agreement provided with your quote.

LICENSE VIOLATIONS

Compliance with the terms and conditions of the license is mandatory.

Any use of a design that violates the terms of the license—including use for religious events or Christmas-themed projects—may result in the immediate termination of the license and the cessation of all authorized use of the design.

In the event of a violation, the client must immediately cease using the design and, where applicable, remove it from any products, materials, websites, social media, or other media where it is being used.

The license does not authorize any use that conflicts with the restrictions expressly established in the license agreement.

EXCLUSIVITY

Catalog collections that are not sold exclusively may also be licensed to other businesses. Therefore, if you choose a non-exclusive collection, the same design may be used by other professionals or businesses.

If you require a design to be exclusive to your business, you can request exclusivity by:

• City.

• State.

• Country.

• A specific period of time.

• Permanently.

The terms and pricing of exclusivity will be agreed upon according to your needs and the design selected.

Temporary exclusivity ends when the agreed-upon exclusivity period expires, unless it is renewed by mutual agreement.

Permanent exclusivity means that the design will no longer be licensed to third parties.

Exclusivity does not automatically mean that copyright or intellectual property rights are transferred. Any additional rights must be expressly established in the applicable agreement.

MY SIGNATURE ON YOUR DESIGNS

All catalog designs include my signature, discreetly integrated into the design so that it does not interfere with the overall aesthetic.

If you prefer your own brand to appear in its place, you can request this when placing your order.

This option is subject to an additional fee, as it involves changes to the attribution of authorship and the corresponding authorization.

CUSTOM QUOTE

Prices are not published on the website because each project may have different requirements.

Your quote may depend on factors such as:

• The collection selected.

• The number of designs.

• The dimensions requested.

• Required adaptations.

• Additional formats.

• Brand customization.

• Whether the project is based on a catalog design, an adaptation, or an exclusive design.

• Additional services requested.

• Exclusivity, where applicable.

CANCELLATIONS AND PROJECT CHANGES

Once the quote has been accepted and the initial payment has been made, the project is reserved and scheduled as part of my workload.

If you wish to cancel a project after work has begun, the applicable conditions will depend on the work already completed and on the terms established in the quote and applicable service conditions.

For exclusive designs, any work already completed may be subject to the cancellation terms agreed upon in advance.

The applicable conditions will be provided before any project begins.

PAYMENTS

Payment is made in two installments:

50% upon booking and 50% upon completion of the project, for both catalog collections and exclusive designs, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

• I accept bank transfers and PayPal. International clients will receive the necessary payment details.

• Prices are stated in euros (€). For clients outside the Eurozone, I will provide the corresponding amount based on the applicable exchange rate.

• Any fees or charges associated with the chosen payment method or international transfers are the responsibility of the client, so that the amount received corresponds to the agreed quote.

• An invoice will be issued and provided together with the final files.

• Any applicable taxes or tax obligations will be determined in accordance with the applicable regulations and the terms stated in the invoice or quote.

DELIVERY TIMES

Delivery times depend on the complexity of the design, the number of designs and sizes requested, the scope of the project, and my current workload.

Once the quote has been accepted, I will provide an estimated start date and approximate delivery date.

The timeframe may vary depending on the revisions or adjustments required and on how quickly the client provides any necessary decisions, materials, or approvals.

CHANGES AND CORRECTIONS AFTER DELIVERY

Any errors on my part will always be corrected at no additional cost.

Once the final design has been delivered and approved, any subsequent request for changes will be subject to an additional fee.

This includes, among other things:

• New dimensions.

• New formats.

• Color changes.

• Changes to flowers or other elements.

• Addition of new elements.

• Composition changes.

• Any other modification requiring the design to be reworked or adapted.

The cost of any such changes will be communicated and approved in advance before the work is carried out.
